I merely get a current eyeshade and my bottom public house is gone!?

Answer:

Try going into the monitor settings and move the blind dispay up so you can see the bottom. Or you might have pushed it down by luck. Move the mouse down to the bottom until you see the cursor change to the up/down arrow. Then drag it up. You can also right click the desktop, click properties, consequently settings and adjust the resolution.

You may hold minimized the bar by quirk. Right click your mouse on the bar and uncheck if it say lock tool bars. Then drag your tool pub up and relock if you don't want it to disappear again
