How do I put my peak up right?

I accidentally pressed Alt + Ctrl to build the screen to progress upside down. How do I put it right-side up again?

Ctrl+Alt+<up arrow>
Usually the switch combination for rotating the screen is ctrl+alt+arrow. So hit ctrl+alt+up arrow to procure it right side up again.
