When I keep under surveillance videos on things approaching You Tube, or something that shows me a video footage I get a noticeable video, but it is not good it is not a fine or really crystal picture, I checked the trait setting and is on HIGH, but is there any other agency to mod the video to make it really clear.

Internet video are compressed. It is not your problem, it is the creators mistake. You see grainy pictures because the video are created that way to fit the internet specs (making it easier to download)
You can try large quality video in apple trailers or something and check how that works.
ur internet is prolly fuzzy and thats why you are not getting the best pic.try to take faster internet
