How to product my computer blind fit my moniter?

I HAVE 19'' MONITER BUT I USED TO HAVE 22 INCH ,NOW SOMETIME I START THE COMPUTER THE SCREEN FIT PERFECT ,BUT SOME TIME WHEN I RESTART THE COMPUTER,SCREEN GO TO 22 INCH AND TOO BIG FOR THE 19,I HAVE INSTALL THE 19'' WITH disc IT COMES WITH ,I DID EVERYTHING I COULD DO FROM THE PRPERTIES,SO PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW HOW CAN I SOLVE THE PROBLEMS,THANKS

You need to reset your blind resolution size to something that the 19 monitor can handle.



Go to Control Panel /Display and consequently the Settings (tab). Set it to something like 1024x768. See how that looks.
