Unlike CRT monitors, LCD monitors own a native resolution. So if your operating system's resolution is set at a different resolution than the local resolution of your monitor, then you will get hold of a little fuzziness. Check your monitor's specs for its original resolution.
Or, your ISP could be automatically lowering web picture resolutions to assistance with nouns speeds. But that is usually adjectives for only dialup connections. If so, afterwards just nickname your ISP and get them to turn bad their auto picture degrading (MSN does this degrading by default). You know if this is the case if lone pictures and graphics are fuzzy, but text isn't.
