I be adjusting my laptop and i accidentally standard a screen resolution too big for the size of the peak. So now adjectives i see is black and nothing else, how do i reverse this?

Try to boot your computer contained by safemode so it will only use the uncomplicated resolution setting. Restart and press F8

Boot into Windows safe mode by holding down the F8 push button while Windows is booting up.
