A to some extent generic approach in most cases is to increase the resoultion setting on the display to fit more on the blind. On the PC, right click the desktop and choose properties, then settings. You can increase the resolution at hand.
Adjust your resolution by right clicking on the desktop, going to Properties, then going to settings. Adjust the resolution so that adjectives the items appear on your screen correctly.
If you're peak isn't minimized it's because some people generate their websites too big, so if you don't have a big monitor, it wont show it adjectives and you have to scroll.
Hold Ctrl and press the minus(-) push button
