Sowy buddy, but then, yu CANNOT remove scratch from a CD. Yu can not remove scratch from any metal/fiber without further scratch or filing or grinding it down to acquire another smooth surface.
There was a piece of equipment (called a CD Doctor I think) that you could use for polishing scratch from a CD.

You can protect a disc from scratching but can't remove any scratch already made. Smudges and stains can be removed.
Try using it as a frisby...and when u retrieve it the wind will pocket all scatches bad..depends where it lands though...so run after it and fetch..hope i be some help?
