How do i move the job railing from the side to the bottom of the eyeshade?

Answer:

click on it and drag it down . if it wont move rytclick it and unlock it ..
Point your mouse on it, after hold down on it with your disappeared mouse button, and then drag it to the bottom of the eyeshade.
place the curser on it hold down the left mouse knob and drag it where you want
Drag and drop.



You may call for to unlock it first.



Right click on the task lump, If there is a tick spot next to Lock the taskbar, click on it to clear it.
click and drag it when you want it. If it won't move, right click on the taskbar and click unlock on the dialog box that shows up.



It should move right after you unlock it.
Right click on your errand bar and formulate sure the option to Lock the Taskbar is not checked. If it is checked, later go ahead and click to uncheck it. Once this is done, lately click on the taskbar, hold for a second, the drag it to the side of the monitor you want it on.
