I enjoy a Vista and wondered why my computer comes up near a lightbulb at the bottom right side of the blind?

as it have just started to do this?

seriously click on that reminder discern ( little bulb ) and it will explain itself thats all
to alert you of global warm, like mayor ken livingstone does to us. so every time you see the bulb, turn youR workstation off to reclaim the planet.
Make sure it's a long life bulb!
